CAA utilizes the FACTS Tuition Management Company to manage tuition collection. The FACTS Tuition and Management Company allows families anytime access so they can confirm their account balance, review transaction history, receive payment reminders, and set up automatic payments via credit card or automatic bank draft. Families can choose their own payment options, including the payment date, the number of payments (1 month through 10 months), and the method of payment (credit card or ACH).
All families paying tuition must create an online FACTS tuition account to view and pay their tuition balance. Families have the option to pay their tuition in one of three ways.
If steep tuition has kept you from considering private school as a serious option, Columbus Adventist Academy offers independent sources of financial aid that may be available for your family.
Families seeking tuition assistance for the next school year need to complete a Tuition Assistance Application. This form is used to help determine the amount of tuition a family should be able to pay. Once approved, families will be given the details for the three payment options available through FACTS.
The Ohio Educational Choice Scholarship (EdChoice) Program was created to provide students from underperforming public schools the opportunity to attend participating private schools. The program provides up to 60,000 EdChoice scholarships to eligible students.
Parents/Guardians applying for, or whose child(ren) are receiving, EdChoice Scholarships must provide an EdChoice paper application, proof of residence, and birth certificate at registration. Acceptable utilities (that must show matching mailing and service addresses) include: electric, gas, water, sewer, or cable/internet/wi-fi in the name of the parent/guardian. If the parent/guardian does not have utilities in his/her name, please click on Other Acceptable Documents for additional instructions.
Parents/Guardians of students receiving EdChoice Scholarships are responsible for paying all application, registration, and classroom fees.
